    • Double Occupancy Room: ₹40000/year with shared bathroom and basic amenities.

    Scholarships & Concessions

Durga Soren University Deoghar provides several financial assistance programs:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fee and hostel rent for eligible students with annual income up to ₹2 lakh.
    • EWS Category: 50% reduction in fees for families with annual income between ₹2 lakh and ₹4 lakh.
    • MCM (Minority Community): 30% concession in fees for students from minority communities.

Applications for financial aid must be submitted online via the university portal along with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, and disability reports.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Fees are due by the specified deadline each semester. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹500/day until clearance is achieved. Students can make payments through net banking, debit/credit cards, or bank transfers.

The refund policy allows students to withdraw from the course within 7 days of admission without any deductions. After this period, refunds are processed according to university guidelines, subject to deductions for administrative costs and academic fees already incurred.
