Hostel rent is charged to accommodate students within university premises. This includes utilities, maintenance, and security services. The cost varies depending on room type and amenities provided.

Mess advance ensures that students have sufficient funds for daily meals during their stay. It covers the basic meal plan provided by the university cafeteria.

The Student Benevolent Fund supports welfare initiatives for students facing financial difficulties or emergencies. Contributions are minimal but essential for collective support systems.

Medical fees cover healthcare services available on campus, including consultations with doctors and access to medicines. This ensures that students can receive timely medical attention without financial strain.

Gymkhana fees contribute to sports and recreational activities. These funds support athletic programs, fitness centers, and extracurricular events that promote physical well-being.

Examination fees cover the costs associated with conducting exams, including question paper preparation, invigilation, and result processing.

Hostel & Mess Charges

Mess billing operates on a monthly cycle. Students pay an advance amount for the month's meals, which is adjusted at the end of the month based on actual consumption. The system ensures transparency and fairness in meal charges.

Rebate policies are available for students who do not consume meals regularly or those who are absent due to academic or personal reasons. These rebates help reduce financial burden without compromising quality of life.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Scholarship categories include SC/ST/PwD, EWS, and MCM (Minority Community Members). Each category has specific income slabs and documentation requirements.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments must be made before the specified deadlines to avoid late fees. The university accepts payments through online banking, credit/debit cards, and NEFT/RTGS transfers.

Late fees are calculated at 5% per month for overdue payments. However, exceptions may be considered in cases of genuine hardship or emergencies.

The refund policy outlines conditions under which fees can be refunded upon withdrawal from the program. Refunds are processed within 30 working days after submission of necessary paperwork and verification by the finance department.
