    • Private Rooms: Individual occupancy rooms with additional comfort features.

The mess billing system operates on a monthly cycle. Students pay an advance of ₹8000 per month, which is adjusted based on actual consumption during the month. Rebate policies apply for students who opt for full board or reside off-campus for part of the month.

    • MCM (Minority Community Member): Eligible students get a 50% waiver on tuition fees and a 10% reduction in hostel charges.

Applications for fee concessions must be submitted within the first month of admission, accompanied by necessary documentation proving eligibility. The process is reviewed annually to ensure continued compliance with income slabs and residency requirements.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payment Deadlines: Fees must be paid by the 10th day of each semester. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹500 per day until cleared.

Refund Rules: Refunds are processed upon withdrawal from the institution, subject to deduction of applicable fees and penalties. Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing with valid reasons and supporting documents. The refund process typically takes 60 working days after approval.
