Hostel Rent: Accommodation charges for students residing on campus. The hostel offers single, double, and triple occupancy rooms with basic amenities.

Mess Advance: Advance payment for meals provided by the university's mess facility. This amount is adjusted at the end of each month based on consumption.

Student Benevolent Fund: A contribution towards student welfare activities, including sports, cultural events, and social causes.

Medical Fees: Covers medical services available at the university's health center, including consultations, medicines, and emergency care.

Gymkhana Fees: Funds for maintaining campus recreational facilities such as gyms, playing fields, and sports equipment.

Examination Fees: Charges levied for conducting examinations, including practical tests and assessments.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

The hostel accommodations are categorized into three types:

    • Single Occupancy Room: ₹15000 per semester
    • Double Occupancy Room: ₹12000 per semester
    • Triple Occupancy Room: ₹10000 per semester

Mess charges are calculated on a monthly basis and vary depending on the meal plan chosen by the student. The standard mess bill includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner for each day of the month.

Rebate policies allow students to receive partial refunds if they leave campus during the month or fail to utilize certain services. These policies are reviewed annually based on usage patterns and institutional needs.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions & Scholarships

The university offers several financial assistance options for eligible candidates:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fees with 50% concession in hostel rent and mess charges.
    • EWS Category: 25% concession in all components of the fee structure.
    • MCM (Minority Community Members): 10% concession in tuition fees and 50% in hostel rent and mess charges.

Eligibility for these concessions is determined based on income slabs and category certificates. Applications must be submitted along with supporting documents to the finance department.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Fees are payable semester-wise via online payment gateways or bank transfers. Late payments attract a penalty of ₹500 per day beyond the due date. Students are advised to make timely payments to avoid academic disruptions.

In case of withdrawal from the program, the refund policy applies as follows:

    • Withdrawal before completion of one semester: 70% refund
    • Withdrawal after completion of one semester but before two semesters: 50% refund
    • Withdrawal after completion of two semesters: No refund

All refunds are processed within 30 days of submission of the withdrawal application, subject to verification and clearance of dues.
