    Financial Planning & Analysis: Designed for students interested in corporate finance, this course covers financial modeling, valuation techniques, and capital structure decisions. It includes hands-on exercises using Excel and financial databases.

    Human Capital Strategy: This elective explores the strategic role of human resources in organizational success. Topics include talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and leadership development.

    Supply Chain Management: Students will study logistics networks, inventory control, supplier relationship management, and global supply chain strategies. The course integrates case studies from leading companies to illustrate practical applications.

    Project-Based Learning Philosophy

    At FACULTY OF MANAGEMENT STUDIES, project-based learning is central to the curriculum. It encourages students to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world problems through collaborative efforts with industry partners.

    The program includes two mandatory mini-projects in the third and fifth semesters. These projects are designed to foster critical thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Each project involves a team of 4–6 students working under faculty supervision.

    The final-year capstone project is an individual or group endeavor that integrates all aspects of the program. Students select their topics in consultation with faculty mentors, ensuring alignment with current industry trends and research needs.

    Students choose projects based on personal interest, career goals, and available resources. Faculty mentors are assigned based on expertise matching and availability. The selection process includes a proposal submission and review by the departmental committee.
