    Hostel & Mess Charges

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: Students from reserved categories receive a 50% waiver on tuition fees and full waiver on hostel charges.
    • EWS Category: Eligible students receive a 25% waiver on tuition fees and partial concession on hostel charges.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    Fees must be paid before the start of each semester. Payments can be made through net banking, credit/debit cards, or demand draft. Late payments attract a penalty fee of Rs. 500 per day until the due date.

    If a student withdraws from the university during the academic year, the refund policy applies based on the following schedule:

    • Withdrawal before 30 days: Full refund minus administrative charges
    • Withdrawal between 30-60 days: 75% refund
    • Withdrawal after 60 days: No refund

    All refunds are processed within 30 working days from the date of withdrawal application. Students must submit a formal letter of withdrawal along with supporting documents to initiate the refund process.
