The tuition fee covers access to all academic resources, including libraries, laboratories, and online learning platforms. It is designed to support the high-quality education experience provided by our faculty and infrastructure.

Hostel charges are applicable for students living on campus. The fees include accommodation in shared rooms with basic amenities such as beds, study tables, and wardrobes. Additional services like cleaning and maintenance are included in the monthly charge.

Mess advance is collected at the beginning of each semester to cover meal expenses. The billing system is transparent, with monthly deductions based on actual consumption. Rebates are available for students who maintain good attendance or participate in extracurricular activities.

The Student Benevolent Fund contributes to student welfare programs, including health support, emergency assistance, and cultural events. Medical fees cover routine check-ups, basic treatments, and access to medical facilities within the campus.

Gymkhana fees support recreational and sports activities, including access to gymnasiums, indoor games, and outdoor facilities. Examination fees are charged per semester and cover administrative costs associated with conducting exams and issuing results.

Hostel & Mess Charges

Students can choose from various room types, including single, double, and triple occupancy options. Each room is equipped with essential furniture and utilities such as Wi-Fi connectivity, electricity, and water supply. The hostel management ensures a safe and comfortable living environment conducive to academic success.

The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis, where students receive bills based on their consumption patterns. Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Financial assistance is available through various scholarship schemes designed to support meritorious and economically disadvantaged students. Eligibility criteria include academic excellence, family income, and community background. Income slabs for different categories are defined based on national standards and institutional policies.

Scholarship benefits vary depending on the category of the student. For instance, SC/ST/PwD students may receive full scholarships covering tuition, hostel charges, and mess fees. EWS students may receive partial scholarships based on income levels. MCM (Minority Community Members) students are also eligible for specific concession schemes.

The application process involves submitting relevant documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, and academic transcripts. Applications are reviewed by a dedicated committee that evaluates each case based on predetermined criteria. Successful applicants receive notifications via email and SMS.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments can be made through online banking, net banking, or UPI transfers. The university provides detailed instructions for payment procedures to ensure smooth transactions. Late payments attract a nominal penalty fee, which is calculated as 1% of the outstanding amount per month.

Refunds are processed according to established guidelines in case of withdrawal or transfer requests. Students must submit formal applications along with supporting documents within specified timeframes. Refund amounts are credited back to the original payment method within 30 working days from the date of approval.
