    Mess charges are calculated based on a daily rate and adjusted monthly. Rebates are provided for students who do not use the mess facility regularly or those with specific dietary requirements.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fees and partial rebate on hostel charges for students belonging to reserved categories.
    • EWS Category: 50% concession on tuition fee and full waiver on hostel charges.
    • MCM (Meritorious Children of Merit Students): 75% discount on tuition fees and full waiver on hostel charges for meritorious students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    Students can make payments through online banking, debit cards, credit cards, or NEFT transfers. Payment deadlines are strictly enforced:

    • Due Dates: Fees must be paid within the first week of each semester.
    • Late Fee: A penalty of INR 1000 per day is charged for delayed payments beyond the due date.
    • Refund Policy: Refunds are processed only upon official withdrawal from the university and after verification of all dues. Refunds are credited to the student's bank account within 30 days of submission.
