    The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis, with charges varying based on consumption. Rebates are available for students who maintain good attendance and academic standing.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

    The university offers several financial assistance options:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: 50% waiver on tuition fees
    • EWS Category: 25% waiver on tuition fees
    • MCM (Minority Community): 10% waiver on tuition fees

    Eligibility for these concessions is based on income slabs and documentation. Applications must be submitted along with supporting documents during the admission process.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    Fees must be paid within 15 days of admission or before the start of each semester. Late payments attract a penalty of ₹500 per day beyond the deadline.

    In case of withdrawal, refund policies apply as follows:

    • Withdrawal before the first month: 90% refund
    • Withdrawal after one month but before two months: 70% refund
    • Withdrawal after two months: No refund

    All refunds are processed within 30 working days of submission. The process requires a written application, original receipts, and necessary approvals from the finance department.
