    Hostel Rent

Students residing on campus are charged hostel rent, which varies based on room type. Single occupancy rooms cost INR 20,000 per semester, while double occupancy rooms cost INR 15,000.

    Mess Advance

This is a fixed amount collected upfront for the entire semester's meals. Students are refunded any unused portion after their final bill settlement.

    Student Benevolent Fund

Contributions to this fund support students facing financial hardships, scholarships, and emergency assistance programs within the university community.

    Medical Fees

This fee covers basic healthcare services provided by the university's medical center, including routine check-ups, vaccinations, and minor treatments.

    Gymkhana Fees

These fees support extracurricular activities, sports facilities, cultural events, and student clubs. They contribute to maintaining a vibrant campus life.

    Examination Fees

These cover the costs associated with conducting internal and external examinations, including question paper preparation, invigilation, and result processing.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

The university offers various hostel options to accommodate students' needs:

    • Single Room: INR 20,000 per semester
    • Double Room: INR 15,000 per semester
    • Triple Room: INR 12,000 per semester

Mess charges are calculated based on daily meal rates and advance payments. The university provides a structured billing system where students receive monthly bills for consumed meals, with adjustments made at the end of the semester.

Rebate policies allow students to receive partial refunds if they do not consume meals for extended periods due to illness or travel. A maximum of 10% rebate is allowed per month.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions & Scholarships

    Application Process

To apply for fee concessions or scholarships, students must submit the required documents (income certificate, caste certificate, disability certificate) along with an application form. Applications are reviewed by a committee comprising faculty members and administrative staff.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Students who leave the campus without proper clearance may face penalties, including delayed refunds and legal actions if applicable.
