    Hostel & Mess Charges

    • Single Occupancy: ₹15,000 per semester

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: Students from reserved categories are eligible for full fee waivers if their family income is below ₹2 lakh per annum.
    • EWS Category: Eligible students receive a 50% fee concession based on income criteria.

    Applications for fee waivers must be submitted along with supporting documents such as caste certificates, income proofs, and Aadhaar cards. The university reviews applications based on merit and need.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    All fees must be paid within the specified deadline to avoid late penalties. Payment can be made online via net banking or credit/debit cards, or through offline modes like demand draft.

    Students who fail to pay fees on time will incur a late fee of ₹500 per day until full payment is received. Refund requests are processed only after verifying the student's academic standing and compliance with university regulations.

    Refunds are generally processed within 30 days of submission, subject to approval from the finance department. Withdrawal requests must be submitted before the start of the semester to qualify for refunds.
