    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    All fees must be paid through the official online portal using net banking or credit/debit cards. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹500 per day beyond the due date. Students are advised to monitor their payment status regularly and ensure timely clearance.

    In case of withdrawal from the program, refund policies apply as follows:

    • Before Academic Session Begins: Full refund minus administrative charges (₹1,000).
    • During First Month: 90% refund minus administrative charges.
    • After First Month: No refund is processed unless the student is deemed medically unfit by a recognized hospital.

    Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 30 days of approval. In case of discrepancies, students may appeal through the designated grievance redressal mechanism.
