Hostel Rent: Accommodation charges for students living on campus. Hostel rooms are categorized into single, double, and triple occupancy options.

Mess Advance: A monthly advance payment for meals provided by the university's catering services.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

The university offers several hostel options for students, each with different amenities and pricing structures. Single occupancy rooms are available for Rs. 35000 per semester, while double and triple occupancy rooms are priced accordingly.

Mess bills are calculated based on the number of meals consumed each month. Students can choose between standard and premium meal plans. The mess billing system is integrated with the university portal, allowing students to track their consumption and payments online.

Rebate policies are in place for students who do not consume meals regularly or those who leave campus temporarily. These rebates are processed monthly based on actual consumption data.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university provides various financial assistance options to eligible students:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: Full fee waiver for students belonging to these categories. Additional concessions are available for families with an annual income below Rs. 2 lakh.
    • EWS Category: 50% fee concession for students from economically weaker sections with an annual income up to Rs. 4 lakh.
    • MCM (Mother of Child with Disability): Full fee waiver for mothers of children with disabilities, along with additional support in terms of transportation and academic assistance.

The application process involves submitting relevant documentation such as caste certificates, income proofs, and disability certificates. The university has a dedicated office to assist students in filling out applications and ensuring timely processing.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid within the specified deadline each semester. Late payments attract a penalty of 5% per month on the outstanding amount. Students can make payments online through the university portal or offline at designated banks.

If a student withdraws from the program, the refund policy applies as follows:

    • Before Completion of One Semester: Refund of 70% of total fees paid.
    • After Completion of One Semester: Refund of 50% of total fees paid.
    • After Completion of Two Semesters: No refund will be processed.

The university ensures transparent communication regarding payment deadlines, late fee calculations, and refund rules through official notices and the online portal.
