Tuition Fee: Covers the cost of instruction, laboratory sessions, and access to digital resources. This fee is collected twice per academic year (once per semester) and includes access to library facilities, online databases, and e-learning platforms.

Hostel Rent: Provides accommodation for students living away from home. The hostel offers single, double, and triple occupancy rooms with basic amenities such as bedding, furniture, and internet connectivity.

Mess Advance: Prepaid meal charges that cover three meals per day for the entire semester. The mess operates on a monthly billing system, where students can adjust their accounts based on actual consumption.

Student Benevolent Fund: A small annual contribution used to support students facing financial hardships or emergencies. This fund helps in organizing scholarships and providing assistance during critical times.

Medical Fees: Covers basic medical services, including consultations with resident doctors, emergency care, and access to health checkups. Students receive a medical card upon enrollment for easy access to healthcare facilities.

Gymkhana Fees: Supports extracurricular activities, sports events, and fitness programs offered by the college's gymkhana committee. These funds are used to organize competitions, purchase equipment, and maintain recreational spaces.

Examination Fees: Covers the cost of conducting examinations, evaluating answer scripts, issuing certificates, and managing grading systems. This fee ensures that students receive fair and standardized assessment processes.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

The college provides accommodation in well-maintained hostels with modern amenities. Room types include single, double, and triple occupancy options. Each room is equipped with essential furniture, a study table, chair, bed, and wardrobe.

Mess charges are collected upfront for the entire semester. The billing system is managed through an online portal where students can view their consumption history, adjust their accounts, and receive monthly statements. Rebate policies apply to students who opt out of meals or reduce their intake during specific periods.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Financial aid is available for students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds through various waiver and concession schemes:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: Students belonging to these categories are eligible for a 100% fee waiver. Eligibility is determined by submitting valid certificates issued by competent authorities.
    • EWS Category: A 50% discount on tuition fees is offered to students from the Economically Weaker Section category, subject to income verification.
    • MCM (Minority Community Members): Eligible students receive a 25% concession on tuition fees and additional support in scholarship applications.

The application process involves submitting a detailed form along with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, or disability reports. The financial aid committee reviews each application and disburses benefits accordingly.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Fees must be paid within the first week of each semester. Late payments attract a penalty of INR 500 per day beyond the due date. Payments can be made through net banking, debit/credit cards, or demand drafts drawn in favor of the college.

In case of withdrawal from the program, the refund policy applies as follows:

    • Withdrawal within one month: Full refund minus processing fees
    • Withdrawal between 1-3 months: 80% refund
    • Withdrawal after three months: No refund

Refunds are processed within 30 days of the official withdrawal notice and credited directly to the student's bank account. Students must submit a formal request along with necessary documentation to initiate the refund process.
