    Detailed Fee Components

The total fee for the BCA program is ₹246,000 for six semesters. Each component of the fee serves a specific purpose and contributes to the overall educational experience.

Tuition Fee: This covers instruction, access to academic resources, and administrative support provided by the college. It includes charges for lectures, tutorials, laboratory sessions, and digital materials.

Hostel Rent: Students residing on campus are required to pay a monthly hostel rent of ₹10,000, which includes basic amenities such as bedding, furniture, and maintenance services.

Mess Advance: A monthly advance of ₹3,000 is collected for meal expenses. This amount is adjusted at the end of each month based on actual consumption.

Student Benevolent Fund: This fund supports students facing financial difficulties and provides emergency assistance during crises. The fee collected helps sustain this initiative.

Medical Fees: Covers access to medical facilities, health check-ups, and basic healthcare services provided by the college's infirmary.

Gymkhana Fees: Supports sports activities, fitness programs, and recreational events organized on campus.

Examination Fees: Covers administrative costs associated with conducting examinations, including question paper preparation, evaluation, and result processing.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

The college maintains well-furnished hostels for male and female students. Hostel rooms are categorized into single occupancy, double occupancy, and triple occupancy options, each equipped with essential amenities such as beds, tables, chairs, and Wi-Fi connectivity.

Mess facilities operate on a monthly billing system where students prepay their meal expenses. The mess menu includes vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, ensuring dietary diversity and nutritional balance. Rebate policies are available for students who do not consume meals regularly or opt for specific dietary preferences.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The college offers several financial aid schemes to support deserving students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: Students belonging to these categories are entitled to full fee waivers subject to verification of caste certificates or disability certificates.
    • EWS Category: Eligible candidates receive a 50% reduction in tuition fees, along with additional support for hostel and mess charges.
    • MCM (Minority Community Member): Students from minority communities can avail partial fee concessions based on income criteria.

To apply for financial aid, students must submit an application form along with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, or disability certificates. The college committee reviews applications and approves benefits accordingly.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Fees are to be paid on or before the specified deadlines announced by the college administration. Late payments attract a penalty of ₹500 per day until the dues are cleared. Students can make payments online through the college portal or offline via bank transfer.

In case of withdrawal from the program, students must follow a formal refund process. Refunds are processed within 60 days after submission of the withdrawal request and return of all issued documents. Deductions are made for administrative charges and hostel stay beyond one month.
