    Hostel & Mess Charges

Rebate policies are available for students who do not require hostel accommodation during certain periods (e.g., semester breaks). The rebate amount is calculated proportionally based on the number of days off-campus.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The college offers several financial assistance schemes to support deserving students:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category Students: Eligible for 100% fee waiver upon submission of valid certificates.
    • EWS Category Students: Receives a 50% reduction in fees with income slabs up to Rs. 8 lakh annually.
    • MCM (Minority Community Members): Granted 25% discount on tuition fees for students from minority communities.

Application forms for fee waivers and concessions are available online and must be submitted along with supporting documents such as caste certificates, income certificates, and disability certificates.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Fees can be paid through online banking, credit/debit cards, or demand drafts. The payment deadline for each semester is set before the start of the term to ensure timely processing.

Late fees are applicable beyond the specified date and are calculated as 1% per month on the outstanding amount. Students must adhere to strict deadlines to avoid penalties.

In case of withdrawal from the course, a refund policy applies where the total fee minus administrative charges and hostel charges is refunded within 30 working days. The refund process requires submission of a formal application along with original receipts and a no-dues certificate from all departments.
