    • Tuition Fee: Covers instruction, study materials, and access to academic resources including library services, online databases, and lab facilities.
    • Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in dormitory-style rooms with shared amenities such as common areas, laundry facilities, and security services.
    • Mess Advance: Prepaid monthly charges for meals served in the campus cafeteria, covering breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
    • Student Benevolent Fund: A mandatory contribution to support students facing financial hardships or emergencies.
    • Medical Fees: Covers basic healthcare services, including consultations with doctors and access to medical supplies at the campus health center.

    • Examination Fees: Covers costs associated with conducting examinations, including question paper preparation, invigilation, and result processing.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

The hostel accommodation consists of single, double, triple, and quadruple occupancy rooms with varying rent charges. Students can opt for air-conditioned or non-air-conditioned rooms based on their preference and budget.

Mess billing follows a monthly system where students prepay for meals at the beginning of each month. The meal plan includes three meals per day, with options to customize based on dietary requirements such as vegetarian, non-vegetarian, or special diets like gluten-free or lactose-intolerant.

Rebate policies are available for students who do not consume meals regularly or take leave during the semester. Rebates can be claimed upon submission of valid documentation and approval from the hostel administration office.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Several fee waiver schemes are available for economically disadvantaged students:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% fee concession with income slabs up to ₹2 lakhs annually.
    • EWS Category: 50% fee concession with income slabs up to ₹4 lakhs annually.
    • MCM (Minority Community Members): 30% fee concession with income slabs up to ₹3 lakhs annually.

The application process involves submitting relevant documents such as caste certificates, income proofs, and Aadhaar cards. Applications are reviewed by a committee comprising representatives from the administration, finance department, and student council.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments can be made online through net banking, credit/debit cards, or UPI transactions. Late payments attract a penalty of ₹100 per day until the outstanding amount is cleared.

Refunds are processed in case of withdrawal from the program within specified timeframes. The refund policy allows for 80% reimbursement if withdrawal occurs before the end of the first month of the semester, reducing to 50% after that period.
