Detailed Fee Components

Tuition Fee: Covers instruction, access to laboratories, and educational resources including digital libraries, software licenses, and course materials. This fee remains constant throughout the program duration.

Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in shared or private rooms with basic amenities such as beds, wardrobes, study tables, and internet connectivity. The hostel facilities are maintained to high standards to ensure student comfort and safety.

Mess Advance: A monthly advance paid towards food expenses. Students can choose between vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals based on their preference. The mess charges are revised annually to reflect inflation and cost of living adjustments.

Student Benevolent Fund: A fund established for supporting financially disadvantaged students, providing emergency assistance, scholarships, and welfare initiatives.

Medical Fees: Covers basic medical consultations, first aid services, and preventive health programs provided by the institution's on-campus clinic.

Gymkhana Fees: Supports extracurricular activities including sports facilities, cultural events, and student clubs. These funds are used to organize competitions, workshops, and recreational activities that promote holistic development.

Hostel & Mess Charges

Mess charges are calculated based on meal preferences (vegetarian or non-vegetarian) and include breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Students can opt for monthly or quarterly billing options to suit their convenience.

Rebate policies allow students to receive partial refunds during holidays or when they do not utilize the hostel services for a specified period. These policies ensure that students are not burdened with unnecessary charges.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The institution offers various financial assistance schemes based on merit, income level, and category-wise reservations:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible students receive a 50% concession in tuition fees and full waiver of hostel charges.
• EWS Category: A 25% discount on tuition fee with partial waiver of hostel charges.
• MCM (Most Backward Class): Full waiver of tuition fee and hostel charges, along with a monthly stipend for living expenses.

Eligibility criteria include income slabs (annual gross income below Rs. 2 lakh for general category students) and documentation such as caste certificates, income certificates, and domicile proofs.

The application process involves submitting an online form along with supporting documents to the finance department. Applications are reviewed by a committee that evaluates each case based on specified parameters.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Fees must be paid before the start of each semester, with a deadline of 15th day of the month. Late payments attract a penalty of Rs. 500 per day until the dues are cleared.

Refunds are granted in cases of withdrawal from the program or transfer to another institution. The refund process requires submission of necessary documents including cancellation letter, bank account details, and academic records.

Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving complete documentation. Students are advised to maintain accurate records of all transactions and receipts for future reference.
