    Detailed Fee Components

Tuition Fee: This is the primary fee component covering instruction and administrative costs for each semester. It is collected at the beginning of each semester and covers all lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions.

Hostel Rent: Hostel accommodation is provided on a twin-sharing basis with basic amenities including beds, study tables, wardrobes, and internet connectivity. The rent varies slightly based on room type and includes utilities such as electricity, water, and maintenance.

Mess Advance: A one-time advance payment for meals throughout the semester is required. This covers breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the campus mess facility. Refunds are processed upon withdrawal or end of semester if unused.

Student Benevolent Fund: This fund supports students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds by providing financial assistance during emergencies or academic hardships. Contributions are minimal but essential for creating a supportive environment.

Medical Fees: Covers basic medical services provided within the campus health center, including consultations, diagnostics, and minor treatments. Emergency cases are referred to nearby hospitals with coverage under insurance policies.

Gymkhana Fees: These fees support extracurricular activities including sports, cultural events, and student clubs. Funds are allocated for organizing competitions, purchasing equipment, and maintaining facilities.

Examination Fees: Covers examination administration, result processing, transcript issuance, and other related services. Fees are charged once per semester and cover both internal and external assessments.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

Our hostel facilities are designed to provide a comfortable living environment for students pursuing their education. Hostels offer twin-sharing rooms with essential furniture and utilities such as internet, electricity, and water supply.

    Room types include:

    • Standard Room: Twin-sharing with basic amenities.
    • Deluxe Room: Enhanced comfort with additional features like air conditioning and private study areas.
    • Premium Room: Highest level of comfort with premium furnishings and services.

The mess system operates on a monthly billing cycle, where students receive a bill based on the number of meals consumed. Refund policies apply if students are absent for more than five consecutive days or leave campus before the end of the semester.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

We recognize the financial challenges faced by many students and have established a comprehensive scheme to support them. Various fee waivers and concessions are available based on income slabs and category identification:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category Students: Eligible for full waiver of tuition fee and hostel rent with partial concession on mess charges.
    • EWS Category Students: Receive 50% discount on tuition fee and hostel rent, along with a reduction in mess charges.
    • MCM (Minority Community Members): Benefited with 25% reduction in tuition fees and standard hostel charges.

    Eligibility criteria for scholarships include:

    • Minimum aggregate score of 80% in qualifying examination.
    • Income limit not exceeding ₹4 lakh annually.
    • Proof of residence and community identification.

Applications for financial aid must be submitted before the start of the academic year. Documentation includes income certificates, caste certificates (if applicable), and Aadhaar card details.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid through online banking or NEFT/RTGS transfers to designated accounts. Payment deadlines are strictly enforced to ensure smooth administrative processes. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹500 per day beyond the due date.

In case of withdrawal from the program, refunds are processed according to the following rules:

    • Withdrawal before semester commencement: Full refund after deducting administrative charges.
    • Withdrawal within first month of semester: Refund of tuition fee and hostel rent minus ₹1,000 administrative charge.
    • Withdrawal after one month: No refund unless withdrawal is due to medical reasons with valid documentation.

The refund process typically takes 4-6 weeks from the date of submission of complete documents and approval by the finance department.
