    Detailed Explanation of Fee Components

    Tuition Fee

The tuition fee covers instruction, academic resources, library access, laboratory facilities, and administrative services provided throughout the semester. It is a fixed amount that remains consistent across all semesters.

    Hostel Rent

Hostel accommodation is available for students who wish to live on campus. The rent includes basic amenities such as bedding, furniture, and access to common areas like lounges and study rooms. Hostels are managed by the administration and maintained regularly to ensure a comfortable living environment.

    Mess Advance

The mess advance covers meal expenses for the entire semester. Students must deposit this amount upfront, which is later adjusted against actual consumption during the term. The mess provides nutritious meals at reasonable rates to support student health and well-being.

    Student Benevolent Fund

This fund supports students facing financial difficulties or emergencies requiring assistance. Contributions are voluntary but encouraged to build a collective support system for those in need.

    Medical Fees

Medical fees cover access to on-campus healthcare services, including consultations, basic treatments, and emergency care. Students have access to qualified medical professionals who provide prompt attention during health emergencies.

    Gymkhana Fees

The gymkhana fee supports recreational activities and sports facilities available on campus. Students can utilize these amenities for physical fitness, team building, and social engagement.

    Examination Fees

These fees cover administrative costs associated with conducting semester examinations, including question paper preparation, evaluation, and result declaration processes. The fee ensures smooth and efficient examination procedures throughout the academic year.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

    Room Types in Hostels

    • Single Occupancy Room: Rs. 25,000 per semester (includes all amenities)
    • Double Occupancy Room: Rs. 25,000 per semester (shared with one roommate)
    • Triple Occupancy Room: Rs. 25,000 per semester (shared with two roommates)

    Mess Billing System

The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis, with charges deducted from the advance amount deposited at the beginning of each semester. Students receive detailed bills showing consumption and adjustments made based on actual usage.

Rebate policies are available for students who do not consume meals regularly due to academic commitments or other reasons. Such rebates are processed after verification by hostel authorities and approval from the administration.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

    Benefits and Application Process

Students interested in availing financial aid must submit applications along with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates (if applicable), and academic transcripts. Applications are reviewed by the scholarship committee, which evaluates eligibility based on provided evidence.

Approved applicants receive partial or full fee waivers depending on their category and circumstances. Notifications regarding approval or rejection are communicated via official channels within two weeks of application submission.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    Payment Deadlines

All fees must be paid by the specified deadline announced at the beginning of each semester. Late payments incur additional charges and may result in suspension of academic activities until payment is received.

    Late Fee Calculation

A late fee of Rs. 1000 per day is applicable for delayed payments beyond the due date. The fee accumulates daily until full payment is made, and students are advised to settle dues promptly to avoid penalties.

    Refund Policy

If a student withdraws from the program, a refund of fees is processed according to the following schedule:

    • Withdrawal before 15 days: Full refund minus administrative charges
    • Withdrawal between 15-30 days: Refund of 75% of paid fees
    • Withdrawal after 30 days: No refund is granted

Refunds are processed within 60 working days of withdrawal, subject to verification and approval by the administration. Students must submit a formal withdrawal application along with necessary documentation for processing.
