    Detailed Breakdown of Components

Tuition Fee: The tuition fee covers all course-related instruction, including lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions. It is revised annually based on government guidelines and institutional needs.

Hostel Rent: Accommodation in the college hostel is provided to all students who opt for campus housing. The rent includes basic amenities such as bed, study table, chair, and Wi-Fi connectivity.

Mess Advance: Students are required to pay an advance for meals during their stay on campus. This amount is adjusted at the end of each month based on consumption.

Student Benevolent Fund: Contributions towards this fund support needy students and provide assistance in emergencies.

Medical Fees: These fees cover basic medical services and consultations available within the college campus clinic.

Gymkhana Fees: This fee supports extracurricular activities, sports facilities, and cultural events organized by the student body.

Examination Fees: Covers costs associated with conducting examinations, including paper printing, invigilation, and result processing.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

The hostel offers different room types to accommodate students from varying backgrounds. The two main categories are:

    • Double Occupancy Room: Rs. 10,000 per semester for a shared room with one bed and study table.
    • Single Occupancy Room: Rs. 15,000 per semester for individual accommodation with all basic amenities.

The mess billing system operates on a monthly cycle. Students are charged based on their actual consumption, and adjustments are made at the end of each month.

Rebate policies are available for students who do not consume meals regularly or those who take leave from campus during certain periods. The rebate amount varies depending on the duration of absence and applicable rules set by the hostel management.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The college offers various financial assistance programs to deserving students:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible students receive a 50% waiver on tuition fees and full concession on hostel charges.
    • EWS Category: Students from economically weaker sections get a 25% discount on tuition fees and partial concession on hostel charges.
    • MCM (Minority Community Members): A 10% reduction in tuition fees is granted to members of minority communities.

The application process for these financial aids requires submission of relevant documents such as caste certificates, income certificates, and proof of residence. All applications are reviewed by a dedicated committee appointed by the administration.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments can be made through online portals or at designated counters within the college premises. The deadline for fee payment is set before the start of each semester, with a grace period of one week for late submissions.

Late fees are charged at 5% per month on overdue amounts. Refunds are processed only after verification of all dues and completion of formal procedures. Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing along with supporting documents to ensure timely processing.
