Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

If a student withdraws from the institution, refund rules apply:

• Withdrawal within first week: Full refund minus administrative charges.
• Withdrawal between first and fourth week: 50% refund minus administrative charges.
• Withdrawal after fourth week: No refund is processed.

Refunds are processed within 30 working days of submission of withdrawal forms and necessary documentation.
