    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    All fees must be paid within 15 days of admission or before the start of each semester. Late payments attract a penalty of Rs. 200 per day. Students can make payments through net banking, credit/debit cards, or demand drafts issued by nationalized banks.

    In case of withdrawal from the program, students are eligible for refunds after deducting administrative charges and outstanding dues. Refunds are processed within 30 working days upon submission of all required documents including leave application, hostel clearance, library clearance, and academic transcript.
