    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

We offer several financial aid options to support deserving students:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible students receive a 100% waiver on tuition fees and partial concessions on hostel charges.
    • EWS Category: Students in this category get a 50% concession on tuition fees and a 30% discount on hostel charges.
    • MCM (Migrant Community Member): Receives a 25% reduction on tuition fees and accommodation costs.

Applications for fee waivers must be submitted along with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, or disability certificates. The review process is conducted by the financial aid committee, ensuring fair distribution of benefits based on need.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments can be made through online portals, bank transfers, or cash at designated counters. Payment deadlines are clearly communicated to students at the beginning of each semester.

Late fees are charged at ₹500 per day for delayed payments beyond the due date. Refunds are processed according to university guidelines and require submission of necessary documentation including bank statements and original receipts.

Withdrawal from the program results in a pro-rata refund of fees, excluding examination fees and late payment penalties. The refund process typically takes 45-60 days after formal withdrawal procedures are completed.
