    Detailed Fee Breakdown

Tuition Fee is the primary component covering instruction, laboratory facilities, and administrative costs. It is fixed for the entire duration of the program and ensures access to quality education without additional charges.

Hostel Rent covers accommodation in campus-hostels with shared amenities including Wi-Fi, laundry services, and 24-hour security. The hostel charges vary based on room type, with single occupancy rooms commanding higher rates than double or triple occupancy.

Mess Advance is a one-time payment made at the beginning of each semester to cover meal expenses in the campus cafeteria. This amount is adjusted at the end of the semester based on actual consumption.

Student Benevolent Fund contributes towards student welfare programs, including scholarships, emergency assistance, and cultural activities. The fund is managed transparently with regular audits conducted by the administration.

Medical Fees cover basic healthcare services provided within the campus medical center. These include consultations, diagnostic tests, and medication dispensed by qualified doctors and nurses.

Gymkhana Fees support sports and recreational activities organized for students. Funds are used to maintain gym facilities, organize tournaments, and promote physical fitness among students.

Examination Fees are levied for conducting semester-end examinations, practical assessments, and evaluation processes. These fees ensure quality assessment standards and proper infrastructure for testing.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

The hostel charges are categorized into different room types to accommodate varying needs and preferences of students. Single occupancy rooms cost INR 15,000 per semester, while double and triple occupancy rooms are priced at INR 12,000 and INR 9,000 respectively.

The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis, with charges calculated based on the number of meals consumed. Students receive meal cards upon registration, which are linked to their hostel accounts. The cafeteria offers nutritious meals at subsidized rates, ensuring affordability for all students.

Rebate policies are applicable for students who opt out of mess services or fail to consume meals regularly. Rebates are processed monthly and credited back to the student's account after verification of consumption records.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Several financial aid options are available for deserving students based on income slabs and category criteria. The scholarship program covers tuition fees, hostel charges, and mess expenses for SC/ST/PwD students with annual family income below INR 2 lakhs.

EWS (Economically Weaker Sections) students qualify for a 50% reduction in tuition fee if their family income is between INR 2-5 lakhs. MCM (Minority Community Members) students receive a 25% waiver on hostel rent and mess charges, provided they meet eligibility requirements.

Application procedures for financial aid involve submission of relevant documents including income certificates, caste certificates, and identity proofs. The process is streamlined through an online portal where students can track their applications and receive notifications about approvals or rejections.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid within the stipulated deadlines to avoid late fee penalties. Payment modes include net banking, debit/credit cards, UPI, and cash payments at designated counters. Late payments attract a penalty of INR 500 per day until cleared.

The refund policy applies to students withdrawing from the program after the initial semester. Refunds are processed within 30 days upon submission of withdrawal forms and supporting documents. Deductions include processing fees, hostel charges for the current month, and any outstanding dues.
