Tuition Fee: Covers instruction, laboratory access, library resources, and administrative services for each semester. It is fixed annually and includes all course materials.

Hostel Rent: Varies based on room type—single occupancy, double occupancy, or triple occupancy rooms. Includes utilities like electricity, water, internet, and maintenance.

Mess Advance: Paid monthly in advance to cover meal expenses. The mess charges are calculated based on consumption and adjusted accordingly at the end of the month.

Student Benevolent Fund: A nominal fee collected to support financially disadvantaged students and organize cultural events.

Medical Fees: Covers basic healthcare services provided by the college health center, including consultations, vaccinations, and first aid.

Gymkhana Fees: Supports sports activities, fitness programs, and recreational facilities available on campus.

Examination Fees: Covers administrative costs for conducting internal and external examinations.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

The hostel offers multiple room types with varying amenities:

    • Single Occupancy Room: ₹25,000/year (includes AC, Wi-Fi, TV, and study desk)
    • Double Occupancy Room: ₹20,000/year (shared with one roommate)
    • Triple Occupancy Room: ₹18,000/year (shared with two roommates)

Mess charges are ₹2500/month for standard meals and ₹3000/month for premium meals. Students can opt for a meal plan that includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Rebate policies allow students to receive partial refunds during holidays or if they do not stay in the hostel during specific periods. The refund is processed within 30 days after submission of necessary documents.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The college offers various financial aid options:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver on tuition fee and 50% discount on hostel charges
    • EWS Category: 25% discount on tuition fee and 30% discount on hostel charges
    • MCM (Minority Community): 10% discount on tuition fee and 15% discount on hostel charges

Eligibility criteria are based on income slabs and caste certificates. Students must submit the required documents to the finance department within two weeks of admission.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid by the specified deadline each semester. Late payments attract a penalty of ₹100/day after the due date. Refunds are allowed only in exceptional cases such as withdrawal or transfer, subject to approval from the principal.

The refund process requires submission of an application form along with original receipts and supporting documents. Refunds are processed within 60 days of receiving all necessary paperwork.
