Tuition Fee: Covers the cost of instruction, laboratory sessions, and access to digital resources. The fee includes charges for faculty salaries, curriculum development, and maintenance of teaching facilities.

Hostel Rent: Provides accommodation in university-hosted dormitories with shared amenities such as common rooms, study areas, and recreational spaces. The rent covers utilities like electricity, water, and internet connectivity.

Mess Advance: Paid at the beginning of each semester to cover food expenses. This amount is adjusted at the end of the semester based on actual consumption.

Student Benevolent Fund: A nominal fee collected to support students facing financial difficulties or emergencies. Contributions are used for scholarships, medical aid, and other welfare initiatives.

Medical Fees: Covers access to basic healthcare services provided by the university's medical center, including consultations, vaccinations, and minor treatments.

Gymkhana Fees: Supports the maintenance of sports facilities, fitness equipment, and extracurricular activities related to physical well-being and student engagement.

Examination Fees: Covers administrative costs associated with conducting exams, including question paper preparation, evaluation, and result publishing.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

The university offers different room types in its hostel facilities:

    • Single Occupancy Room: Rs. 10,000/month (shared bathroom)
    • Double Occupancy Room: Rs. 8,000/month (shared bathroom)
    • Triple Occupancy Room: Rs. 6,000/month (shared bathroom)
    • Quad Occupancy Room: Rs. 5,000/month (shared bathroom)

Mess billing is calculated based on actual consumption and adjusted quarterly. Students can opt for different meal plans, including vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.

Rebate policies allow students to receive partial refunds if they are away from campus for short periods. Full refunds are granted upon withdrawal or transfer to another institution.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Financial assistance is available through various schemes:

    • SC/ST/PwD Concession: 50% waiver on tuition fees for eligible students. Additional concessions are provided based on family income.
    • EWS Concession: 25% waiver on tuition fees, applicable to families with annual income below Rs. 8 lakhs.
    • MCM (Minority Community Member): 10% waiver on tuition fees for students from minority communities.

Eligibility criteria are determined based on income slabs and caste certificates. Applications must be submitted online through the university portal with supporting documents.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments can be made through net banking, credit/debit cards, or demand drafts issued in favor of the university. The deadline for payment is usually one week after the start of the semester.

Late fees are charged at 1% per month on outstanding balances, with a maximum cap of Rs. 5000 per semester.

Refunds are processed upon withdrawal or transfer, subject to verification of eligibility. Refund amounts are credited back to the original payment method within 30 days of approval.
