Component Breakdown

Each fee component serves a specific purpose in supporting student life and academic excellence:

• Tuition Fee: Covers instruction costs, access to digital resources, laboratory usage, and administrative expenses.
• Hostel Rent: Provides accommodation facilities with modern amenities including Wi-Fi, laundry services, and 24/7 security.
• Mess Advance: Ensures access to nutritious meals through a prepaid mess system that operates on a monthly billing cycle.
• Student Benevolent Fund: Supports students facing financial hardships or emergencies with grants and scholarships.
• Medical Fees: Covers healthcare services available on campus, including basic diagnostics and emergency treatment.
• Gymkhana Fees: Funds recreational activities, sports events, and wellness programs for student engagement.
• Examination Fees: Covers administrative costs related to conducting exams, evaluating papers, and issuing certificates.

Hostel & Mess Charges

Our campus offers multiple hostel options with varying room types:

• Single Occupancy Room: INR 40,000 annually
• Double Occupancy Room: INR 35,000 annually
• Triple Occupancy Room: INR 30,000 annually

The mess billing system operates on a monthly cycle. Students pay in advance for the month and are billed accordingly. Rebates are available for students who maintain good attendance and academic standing.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

We offer financial aid to eligible students based on income criteria:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: Full fee waiver for all components
• EWS Category: 50% concession on tuition fee and hostel rent
• MCM (Minority Community): 25% concession on tuition fee

Applications for these benefits must be submitted with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, or disability certificates.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments are processed through online portals and physical counters at the administration office. Deadlines are strictly enforced, with late fees calculated at 5% per month for overdue payments.

The refund policy allows for partial refunds in case of withdrawal from the program. Refunds are processed within 30 working days after submission of all required documents.
