    Fee Components Explanation

    Tuition Fee: This is the primary component covering instruction costs, laboratory sessions, and access to digital resources. The fee remains constant throughout the program duration.

    Hostel Rent: Accommodation charges for students residing on campus. The university offers various room types including single, double, triple, and quad occupancy options with shared amenities.

    Mess Advance: Monthly advance payments required for meals provided in the campus hostel mess facilities. This amount is adjusted against actual consumption at the end of each month.

    Student Benevolent Fund: A nominal fee collected to support students facing financial difficulties or emergencies during their academic tenure.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: Students belonging to SC/ST or PwD categories are eligible for a 100% fee waiver on tuition and hostel charges.
    • EWS Category: Students from EWS category receive a 50% concession on tuition fees.

    Income slabs for scholarship eligibility are as follows:

    • Up to Rs. 1,00,000 per annum: Full waiver

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    Payments can be made online via net banking, credit/debit cards, or NEFT/RTGS transfers. Students are required to complete the payment before the specified deadline to avoid late fees.

    Late fees are calculated at 2% per month on outstanding balances. Refunds are processed according to university regulations in case of withdrawal or transfer from the institution.

    The refund policy specifies that:

    • Refunds will be processed within 30 days upon submission of a formal application.
    • Students must provide valid reasons for withdrawal and supporting documents.
    • No refund will be granted after six months of enrollment.
