    Detailed Fee Breakdown

    Tuition Fee: Covers the cost of instruction, academic materials, laboratory access, and administrative services. The fee is fixed for the entire duration of the program.

    Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in university-managed hostels with basic amenities such as bed, study table, wardrobe, and Wi-Fi connectivity.

    Mess Advance: Covers meal expenses for the semester. Students must pay a fixed advance amount which is adjusted against actual consumption at the end of the semester.

    Student Benevolent Fund: A nominal fee collected to support financially disadvantaged students and fund extracurricular activities.

    Medical Fees: Covers medical services available on campus including consultations, basic treatments, and emergency care.

    Gymkhana Fees: Supports the maintenance of sports facilities and recreational programs.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

    • Double Room: INR 25,000 per semester

    Mess charges are calculated based on the number of meals consumed. Students can opt for different meal plans including vegetarian, non-vegetarian, or hybrid options.

    The mess billing system operates on a prepaid model where students deposit money into their accounts and meals are deducted automatically. Rebate policies are available for students who miss meals due to valid reasons such as illness or travel.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

    The university provides several financial assistance schemes to support meritorious and economically weaker students:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: Full fee waiver for students belonging to these categories.
    • EWS Category: 50% fee concession based on income slabs below INR 1,20,000 per annum.
    • MCM (Meritorious Students): Full fee waiver for top 5% rank holders in JEE Advanced or equivalent entrance exams.

    Applications for these concessions must be submitted along with relevant documents and income certificates. The selection process is based on merit and need assessment.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    Fees are to be paid through online banking, net banking, or debit/credit cards via the university portal. Payment deadlines are strictly enforced, with a late fee of 5% added for payments made after the due date.

    The refund policy applies to students who withdraw from the program before completing the first semester. A processing fee of INR 10,000 is deducted from the refund amount. Refunds are processed within 30 working days after submission of withdrawal forms and necessary documentation.
