Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in the university hostel premises with basic amenities such as beds, wardrobes, study tables, and common areas. Room types vary from single occupancy to shared rooms accommodating up to four students.

Mess Advance: A prepayment for meals provided by the university cafeteria. The mess system operates on a monthly billing cycle with options for daily or weekly meal plans depending on individual preferences.

Student Benevolent Fund: Contributions towards student welfare activities, scholarships, and emergency support during unforeseen circumstances. This fund ensures that students receive necessary assistance when facing financial hardships.

Medical Fees: Covers basic medical services available at the university health center, including consultations, vaccinations, and routine check-ups. Additional charges may apply for specialized treatments or hospital admissions.

Gymkhana Fees: Supports extracurricular activities, sports events, cultural programs, and student clubs. This fee enables participation in various campus initiatives that contribute to holistic development.

Examination Fees: Covers costs associated with conducting semester examinations, including question paper preparation, invigilation, result processing, and transcript generation.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

The hostel accommodation is divided into different room types based on occupancy. Single-occupancy rooms cost approximately 60,000 INR annually, while shared rooms accommodate up to four students at a reduced rate of 45,000 INR per annum.

Students can choose between standard and premium mess plans depending on their dietary preferences. Standard meals include breakfast, lunch, and dinner with vegetarian options. Premium plans offer additional items like fruits, dairy products, and special cuisine during festive seasons.

Rebate policies are available for students who wish to stay home or travel during holidays. The rebate is calculated based on the number of days missed and depends on the type of room booked and meal plan selected.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university offers various financial aid options to deserving students. Eligibility criteria for scholarships are based on income slabs, academic performance, and social background. Categories include SC/ST/PwD, EWS, MCM, and Merit-based awards.

    Income Slabs for Scholarships:

    • General Category: Income below 2 lakh INR per annum
    • SC/ST/PwD: Income below 3 lakh INR per annum
    • EWS: Income between 2-5 lakh INR per annum
    • MCM: Income below 1.5 lakh INR per annum

Benefits of scholarships include full or partial waiver of tuition fees, hostel rent, and mess charges. The application process involves submitting necessary documents, filling out online forms, and attending interviews conducted by the scholarship committee.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All payments must be made through NEFT/RTGS or debit/credit cards via the university's official portal. Payment deadlines are strictly enforced to ensure timely processing of enrollments and academic records.

Late fees are charged at 5% per month for overdue payments, with a maximum cap of 20% on total dues. Refund policies are outlined in the university handbook and include conditions such as withdrawal from the program, medical emergencies, or transfer to another institution.

Refunds are processed within 30 days after submission of all required documents and approval by relevant authorities. Students must ensure that their accounts are cleared before leaving the campus to avoid any complications during exit formalities.
