    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    If a student withdraws from the program, the refund policy applies as follows:

    • Withdrawal within 15 days: Full refund minus processing charges
    • Withdrawal between 16-30 days: Refund of 75% of total fees
    • Withdrawal after 30 days: No refund

    Refunds are processed within 30 working days after submission of withdrawal forms and required documentation. Students must ensure all dues including hostel charges, mess bills, and examination fees are settled before finalizing the withdrawal process.
