    Hostel & Mess Charges

    The hostel facility at Gyan Ganga College of Technology offers three types of rooms: Single Occupancy, Double Occupancy, and Triple Occupancy. Each room is equipped with basic furniture, Wi-Fi connectivity, and a study area.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    All fees must be paid through NEFT, RTGS, or online banking platforms. The college provides a payment gateway for easy transaction processing. Late payments attract a penalty of INR 500 per day beyond the due date.

    In case of withdrawal from the program, the refund policy is as follows:

    • Within First Month: Full refund minus processing fees.
    • Between One to Three Months: Refund of 90% after deducting administrative charges.
    • Beyond Three Months: No refund is issued except in exceptional circumstances such as medical emergencies or change in college admission.

    The refund process takes approximately 30 working days after submission of the required documents. Students are advised to keep all payment receipts for future reference.
