    Medical Fees: Covers basic medical services, including consultations, diagnostics, and medications at the university hospital. Students also have access to insurance coverage for major health issues.

    Gymkhana Fees: Supports extracurricular activities, sports facilities, cultural events, and student clubs. These fees help maintain a vibrant campus life and encourage participation in co-curricular pursuits.

    Examination Fees: Covers the cost of conducting end-of-semester exams, including proctoring, evaluation, and result processing. Fees are collected once per semester and may vary based on the number of subjects examined.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

    The university offers multiple hostel options with varying amenities:

    • Single Room: ₹10000/month, includes bed, desk, wardrobe, and shared bathroom.
    • Double Room: ₹7500/month, shared with one roommate, includes similar amenities.
    • Triple Room: ₹6000/month, shared with two roommates, includes common facilities.

    Mess charges are structured as follows:

    • Standard Meal Plan: ₹2000/month
    • Extra Meal Plan: ₹500/month per additional meal
    • Special Diet Plan: ₹1000/month for dietary restrictions

    Rebate policies are available for students who opt out of certain meal plans or use hostel facilities less frequently. These rebates can be applied monthly based on usage patterns.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

    The university provides financial assistance to eligible students through various waiver schemes:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fees, with partial rebate on hostel charges.
    • EWS Category: 50% concession on tuition and full rebate on hostel charges.
    • MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% concession on tuition fee and partial rebate on hostel charges.

    Eligibility criteria for these concessions are based on income slabs:

    • Below ₹3 lakh/year: Full waiver applicable
    • ₹3-5 lakh/year: 50% concession
    • ₹5-8 lakh/year: 25% concession

    Applications for fee concessions are submitted online through the university portal, accompanied by supporting documents such as income certificates and caste validity.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    Fees must be paid by the specified deadline each semester to avoid late fees. Payment options include online banking, NEFT/RTGS, debit/credit cards, and cash at the university office.

    Late fee charges are applied at ₹500 per day beyond the due date. Refunds are processed within 30 days of withdrawal or completion of the academic year, subject to compliance with refund rules.

    Refund policy applies to cases such as discontinuation, migration, and exceptional circumstances. Students must submit a written request along with necessary documentation for consideration.
