    Medical Fees

Medical fees cover the cost of healthcare services provided by the university's medical center, including routine check-ups, emergency treatment, and preventive care for students.

    Gymkhana Fees

These fees support the functioning of student clubs, sports activities, cultural events, and other extracurricular programs that contribute to holistic development.

    Examination Fees

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university offers several fee waiver schemes and scholarships to support students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. These initiatives aim to make quality education accessible to all deserving candidates regardless of financial constraints.

    Eligibility Criteria for Scholarships

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: Students belonging to these categories are eligible for full fee waivers or partial concessions based on income slabs. Income below INR 1 lakh per annum qualifies for full waiver while income between INR 1-2 lakhs may qualify for partial concessions.
    • EWS Category: Students from economically weaker sections with annual family income up to INR 3 lakhs are eligible for fee concessions ranging from 25% to 50% depending on the exact income level.
    • MCM (Minority Community Members): Eligible students receive a 10% concession in tuition fees and other charges. Additional benefits may be provided based on individual circumstances.

    Application Process

Students interested in applying for fee concessions must submit the required documents along with their application form during the admission process or within the first month of enrollment. The documentation includes income certificates, caste certificates (if applicable), and any other supporting evidence.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

The university has established clear payment procedures and refund policies to ensure transparency and fairness in financial transactions.

    Payment Deadlines

All fees must be paid by the specified deadlines mentioned in the academic calendar. Late payments attract a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding amount until cleared.

    Late Fee Calculations

For payments made after the deadline, a late fee of 2% per month is applicable on the remaining balance. This fee continues to accrue until the full payment is received.

    Refund Rules

In case of withdrawal from the program, refunds are processed according to the university's refund policy. Students must submit a formal application along with necessary documentation within 15 days of withdrawal. Refunds are calculated based on the proportion of attendance and services rendered.

    Refund Timeline

The refund process typically takes 30-45 working days from the date of submission of all required documents. The refund amount is credited directly to the student's bank account or issued as a demand draft based on the mode of payment used during admission.
