    Fee Components Explained

Tuition Fee: ₹200,000 per semester covers course registration, access to digital libraries, laboratory usage, and academic resources.

Hostel Rent: ₹40,000 per semester includes accommodation in single or double occupancy rooms with basic amenities such as bedding, furniture, internet connectivity, and security services.

Mess Advance: ₹30,000 per semester is collected at the beginning of each semester to cover meal expenses for the entire duration. The actual cost of meals is calculated monthly and adjusted accordingly.

Student Benevolent Fund: ₹5,000 per semester contributes to financial assistance for students facing unexpected hardships or emergencies.

Medical Fees: ₹2,000 per semester covers medical consultations, basic health services, and emergency care provided by the campus health center.

Gymkhana Fees: ₹1,000 per semester supports extracurricular activities including sports, cultural events, and student clubs.

Examination Fees: ₹3,000 per semester covers administrative costs for conducting semester-end exams and issuing result certificates.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

The university operates modern hostels with varying room types designed to accommodate students comfortably:

    • Single Occupancy Room: ₹15,000 per month, includes air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, and shared bathroom facilities.
    • Double Occupancy Room: ₹12,000 per month, provides similar amenities with two students sharing a room and common bathroom.
    • Triple Occupancy Room: ₹10,000 per month, suitable for budget-conscious students with shared facilities.

The mess system operates on a monthly billing cycle where meals are provided at fixed rates based on the number of days attended. Students can opt for daily meal plans or monthly subscriptions depending on their convenience.

Rebate policies are available for students who take leave during examination periods or participate in university-organized events and competitions. These rebates can be up to 50% depending on the duration and nature of the activity.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university offers several financial aid options to support deserving students:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligibility based on caste certificate or disability certificate, with full fee waiver for SC/ST students and partial waiver (50%) for PwD students.
    • EWS Category: Students belonging to economically weaker sections receive a 25% concession on tuition fees and hostel rent.
    • MCM (Minority Community): A 10% reduction in fees is granted to students from minority communities.

Applications for fee concessions must be submitted along with supporting documents within the first week of joining. The university reviews these applications quarterly and adjusts fees accordingly.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Fees are due at the beginning of each semester, with a grace period of 15 days before late fees are applied. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹1,000 per day until the outstanding amount is cleared.

In case of withdrawal or discontinuation from the program, refunds are processed according to the following schedule:

    • Within First Month: Full refund minus administrative charges of ₹5,000.
    • Between 1-3 Months: Refund of 75% after deducting administrative charges and late fees.
    • Beyond 3 Months: No refund is allowed unless the student is admitted to another university or transferred due to official reasons.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing with original receipts and supporting documents. The process typically takes 45 working days for completion after approval by the finance department.
