Student Benevolent Fund: Supports students facing financial difficulties through scholarships, emergency grants, and welfare programs.

Medical Fees: Covers basic healthcare services including consultations, vaccinations, and medical emergencies during the academic year.

Gymkhana Fees: Funds recreational activities, sports events, and campus-wide initiatives promoting health and wellness.

Examination Fees: Covers administrative costs associated with conducting semester-end exams, practical evaluations, and result processing.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

The university provides multiple hostel options for students, ranging from basic to premium accommodations. Each room type comes with specific amenities and pricing structures.

Single Occupancy Rooms: Rs 15,000 per semester with private bathroom and Wi-Fi connectivity.

Double Occupancy Rooms: Rs 12,000 per semester with shared bathroom facilities.

Triple Occupancy Rooms: Rs 10,000 per semester with shared amenities and common areas.

The mess system operates on a monthly billing cycle. Students are required to pay an advance of Rs 10,000 per month, which is adjusted at the end of each month based on actual consumption.

Rebate policies allow students to receive partial refunds if they stay away from campus for extended periods due to internships or academic projects.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions & Scholarships

The university offers various financial assistance schemes to support deserving students:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible students receive a 100% waiver on tuition fees and partial waivers on hostel charges based on income slabs.
    • EWS Category: Provides up to 50% concession on tuition fees for students with annual family income below Rs 3 lakh.
    • MCM Category: Offers scholarships for meritorious students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, covering up to 75% of total fees.

Applications for these schemes must be submitted along with supporting documents including income certificates, caste certificates, and Aadhaar cards. The selection committee reviews applications based on eligibility criteria and available funds.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Students can make payments through online portals, bank transfers, or cash at designated counters. Payment deadlines are strictly enforced to avoid late fees and penalties.

Late Fee Calculation: Rs 500 per day is charged for delayed payments beyond the deadline. Payments made after three months may result in suspension of academic privileges.

Refund Policy: Refunds are processed within 15 working days upon withdrawal from the program or completion of studies. Partial refunds are available if a student withdraws mid-semester, subject to deduction of administrative fees and penalties.

All refund requests must be accompanied by valid documentation including withdrawal forms, bank statements, and official letters from parents/guardians.
