    Detailed Fee Components

Tuition Fee: Covers instruction, curriculum development, and academic resources. Includes access to library, online databases, and laboratory facilities.

Hostel Rent: Monthly accommodation charges for on-campus hostels. Different room types are available including single, double, and triple occupancy.

Mess Advance: Advance payment towards monthly mess expenses. This is adjusted at the end of each month based on actual consumption.

Student Benevolent Fund: A small annual contribution to support students facing financial hardships or emergencies.

Medical Fees: Covers medical consultations, diagnostic tests, and basic healthcare services provided by the university hospital.

Gymkhana Fees: Includes access to sports facilities, fitness centers, and recreational activities on campus.

Examination Fees: Covers administrative costs associated with conducting examinations, including evaluation and result processing.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

The university offers various hostel accommodations ranging from single occupancy rooms to shared dormitories. Each room is equipped with essential furniture and amenities such as Wi-Fi, study tables, beds, and wardrobes.

Mess charges are calculated monthly and based on the number of meals consumed. The mess system includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner options for all students. Rebates are available for students who attend fewer meals or reside off-campus.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Financial assistance is provided to eligible students based on income criteria:

    • SC/ST/PwD Students: 100% waiver of tuition fees and hostel charges.
    • EWS Category: 50% concession in tuition fees and hostel charges.
    • MCM (Most Backward Class): Partial concession based on income slab.

Applications for fee waivers must be submitted along with supporting documents such as income certificate, caste certificate, and Aadhaar card. The selection committee reviews applications annually and disburses benefits accordingly.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments can be made online via net banking, debit/credit cards, or NEFT/RTGS transfer to the university's official account. Late payments attract a penalty of INR 500 per day until clearance is achieved.

If a student withdraws from the program before completing the academic year, the refund policy applies as follows:

    • Withdrawal within first month: 90% refund
    • Withdrawal between 1-3 months: 75% refund
    • Withdrawal after 3 months: No refund

Refunds are processed within 30 days of submission of withdrawal application and return of all university property.
