    Student Benevolent Fund: This fund supports financially disadvantaged students through scholarships, emergency assistance, and educational grants. Contributions are voluntary but encouraged for community welfare.

    Medical Fees: Covers basic healthcare services available on campus, including routine check-ups, vaccinations, and minor treatments. Emergency medical services are also provided with access to nearby hospitals.

    Gymkhana Fees: Includes membership benefits in sports facilities, cultural events, and extracurricular activities that promote holistic development.

    Examination Fees: Covers costs associated with conducting exams, including proctoring, paper setting, and result processing. These fees are applicable for each semester's examination cycle.

    Other Charges: Encompasses administrative overheads, maintenance of campus infrastructure, and additional services like career counseling and alumni networks.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

    The hostel charges vary based on room type and amenities provided. Single occupancy rooms are priced higher but offer privacy, while shared rooms provide a cost-effective option for students preferring communal living.

    Mess charges follow a tiered system where students consume meals in designated mess halls. The billing is done monthly, with adjustments made for absences or dietary preferences. Rebate policies allow partial refunds for students who do not use certain services.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

    Financial aid options are available for students from economically weaker sections:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligibility based on income slabs up to INR 2 lakhs annually. Benefits include full fee waiver and monthly stipend.
    • EWS Category: Income limit up to INR 4 lakhs. Partial waiver of tuition fees with provision for mess advance assistance.
    • MCM (Minority Community): Based on parental income below INR 3 lakhs, with support in the form of reduced fees and study material allowance.

    Applications for fee waivers must be submitted along with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, and Aadhaar cards. The selection process involves verification by the financial aid committee and approval from the university administration.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    Payments are to be made through online portals or bank transfers within the specified deadlines. Late fees of 1% per month are applicable beyond the due date, with maximum cap at INR 5000.

    The refund policy applies to students who withdraw from the program before completion. Refunds are processed within 30 days after submission of necessary documents and verification by the accounts department. Partial refunds may be granted in case of early termination or transfer to another institution.
