    Tuition Fee: Covers instruction, laboratory access, and administrative costs associated with the program. This fee is fixed for the duration of the course.

    Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in university-hosted dormitories. Room types vary from single to double occupancy, with additional amenities provided.

    Mess Advance: Paid at the beginning of each semester, this covers monthly food expenses for the entire semester. A refund is processed after final billing.

    Student Benevolent Fund: Supports students facing financial difficulties or emergencies through scholarships and grants.

    Medical Fees: Covers routine health check-ups and emergency medical services provided on campus.

    Gymkhana Fees: Supports sports and recreational activities, including access to gym facilities, sports equipment, and event organization.

    Examination Fees: Covers costs associated with conducting internal and external examinations, including evaluation and result processing.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

    Students can choose between single, double, or triple occupancy rooms in university-hosted hostels. Each room is equipped with basic furniture, Wi-Fi connectivity, and 24/7 security.

    The mess charges follow a monthly billing cycle, with meals served at fixed times. Students can opt for different meal plans based on dietary preferences. Rebate policies are available for students who miss meals due to illness or other valid reasons.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

    The university offers several financial aid options including merit-based scholarships, need-based grants, and category-specific concessions:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: Full fee waiver for students belonging to these categories.
    • EWS Category: 50% concession on tuition fees.
    • MCM (Minority Community): 25% concession on tuition fees.

    Eligibility criteria are based on income slabs and family background. Applications must be submitted along with supporting documents such as caste certificates, income certificates, and bank statements.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    Fees can be paid online via net banking, credit/debit cards, or UPI platforms. The university also accepts payments through demand drafts and cash at designated counters.

    Late fees are charged at 5% per month for delayed payments beyond the due date. Refunds are processed within 15 working days upon withdrawal from the program, subject to deductions for applicable charges and pending dues.
