Hostel & Mess Charges

The Institute offers various hostel options, ranging from single occupancy rooms to shared dormitories. The mess system operates on a monthly billing cycle with daily meal plans tailored for students' nutritional needs. Rebates are available for students who stay off-campus or participate in specific programs.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Financial assistance is available based on income slabs and merit criteria:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fee with partial concession on hostel rent.
• EWS Category: 50% reduction in tuition fee and full exemption from mess charges.
• MCM (Meritorious Candidate Merit): Up to 75% discount on tuition fee based on academic performance.

Applications for financial aid must be submitted before the start of the semester, with supporting documents required.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid by the specified deadline. Late payments incur a penalty of INR 1000 per day. Refunds are processed only upon withdrawal from the program and subject to administrative approval. Withdrawal requests must be submitted with valid reasons, and refunds are calculated after deductions for academic fees and hostel charges.
