    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    Payment Deadlines

    Fees must be paid before the start of each semester. Late payments incur a penalty of INR 500 per day until cleared.

    Refund Rules

    If a student withdraws from the program, a refund is processed according to the following schedule:

    • Before 1 month of admission: Full refund minus administrative charges (INR 1000).
    • Between 1-2 months of admission: 75% refund minus administrative charges.
    • After 2 months of admission: No refund will be processed.

    The refund is typically processed within 30 days of withdrawal confirmation, subject to verification of documents and payment status.
