    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

    Several financial aid options are available to eligible students:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fee with partial reimbursement for hostel charges (up to ₹40,000/year).
    • EWS Category: 50% waiver of tuition fee and full reimbursement for hostel charges.
    • MCM (Minority Community Members): 25% waiver of tuition fee and partial reimbursement for hostel charges.

    Applications for these concessions must be submitted during the admission process or through the designated portal with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, or disability certificates.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    Payment Deadlines: Fees must be paid by the first week of each semester. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹500 per day.

    Refund Rules: If a student withdraws from the university before completing one semester, 70% of fees will be refunded after deducting administrative charges. For withdrawals after one semester but before three, 50% is refunded. No refund is granted for withdrawal after the third semester.

    Refunds are processed within 30 days of submission and are transferred to the student's bank account via NEFT/RTGS.
