    Detailed Fee Components

    • Tuition Fee: Covers the cost of instruction, laboratory sessions, and academic resources provided by the university. The fee remains constant throughout the program unless there are additional course requirements or specializations.
    • Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in campus dormitories with shared facilities such as common rooms, washrooms, and study areas. Single occupancy rooms are available at an extra cost.
    • Mess Advance: A one-time advance payment towards meals provided by the university’s dining services. The amount is adjusted based on actual consumption at the end of each month.
    • Student Benevolent Fund: A small contribution to support students facing financial difficulties or emergencies during their studies.
    • Medical Fees: Covers basic healthcare services available within the campus health center, including consultations, medications, and emergency care.
    • Gymkhana Fees: Supports extracurricular activities such as sports, cultural events, and student clubs. These funds are used to organize competitions and recreational programs.
    • Examination Fees: Covers the cost of conducting semester-end exams, including paper correction, evaluation, and result processing.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

The university offers multiple types of hostels with varying amenities and room configurations. Students can choose from:

    • Single Occupancy Rooms: Rs. 20,000 per semester for a private room with attached washroom and study space.
    • Double Occupancy Rooms: Rs. 18,000 per semester for shared rooms with two students per room.
    • Triple Occupancy Rooms: Rs. 16,000 per semester for shared rooms accommodating three students.

Mess charges are calculated based on the number of days attended and include breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The average monthly mess bill is approximately Rs. 4,000 to Rs. 5,000, depending on consumption patterns. Rebates are available for students who attend less than 80% of meals.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university provides several financial assistance options for deserving students:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category Students: Eligible for full or partial fee waivers based on income slabs. Income below Rs. 2 lakhs qualifies for 100% waiver, while those earning between Rs. 2 lakhs and Rs. 5 lakhs receive a 50% concession.
    • EWS Category Students: Receive a 25% fee concession for students whose annual income is below Rs. 6 lakhs.
    • MCM (Minority Community Students): Qualify for a 10% fee concession based on their caste certificate and income documentation.

Students must submit relevant documents such as caste certificates, income proofs, and Aadhaar cards to apply for these concessions. Applications are processed annually, and students are notified of their eligibility status before the start of each academic year.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Fees must be paid online via net banking or credit/debit cards. The university also accepts payments through NEFT/RTGS transactions. Late payments attract a penalty fee of Rs. 1000 per month until the dues are cleared.

If a student withdraws from the program, a refund policy applies:

    • Withdrawal before the first semester results in a full refund minus administrative charges of Rs. 5000.
    • Withdrawal during the first semester incurs a 20% deduction from the total fees paid.
    • Withdrawal after the first semester results in a 40% deduction from the total fees paid.

Refunds are processed within 60 days of withdrawal, subject to verification of all documents and clearance of dues. Students must submit a formal application along with supporting documents for consideration.
