Mess Advance: Prepaid meal charges covering breakfast, lunch, and dinner for a semester. The actual cost is deducted from this amount at the end of each month.

Student Benevolent Fund: Supports students facing financial hardships or emergencies during their studies.

Medical Fees: Covers routine check-ups, first aid, and access to on-campus medical facilities.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

The university offers multiple hostel options:

    • Single Rooms: ₹10,000/month (with attached bathroom)
    • Double Rooms: ₹7,500/month (shared bathroom)
    • Triple Rooms: ₹6,000/month (shared bathroom)

Mess billing follows a monthly system where students pay in advance for meals. The standard mess menu includes vegetarian and non-vegetarian options with a focus on balanced nutrition.

Rebate policies are available for students who do not consume meals regularly, subject to approval from the hostel authorities.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university offers various financial aid options:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible students receive a 50% concession on tuition fees.
    • EWS Category: Students receive a 25% concession on tuition fees.
    • MCM (Minority Community Members): Concession of up to 10% on tuition fees.

Applications for fee waivers must be submitted along with supporting documents such as caste certificates, income proofs, and disability certificates. The selection committee reviews applications annually based on merit and need.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    • Payment Deadlines: Fees must be paid within two weeks of the start of each semester.
    • Late Fee Calculation: A late fee of ₹500 per day is applicable beyond the deadline.
    • Refund Policy: Refunds are processed upon withdrawal from the university within one month. Half of the paid fees are refunded, subject to deductions for processing charges and hostel accommodation.
