    Mess Billing System

    Students are required to pay an advance for the entire semester. The mess bill is calculated based on daily consumption, with deductions made weekly from the prepaid amount. Rebate policies are available for students who do not consume meals regularly or in case of illness.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

    The university provides financial assistance through various schemes to ensure access to quality education for deserving candidates:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver on tuition fee
    • EWS Category: 50% waiver on tuition fee
    • MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% waiver on tuition fee

    Eligibility Criteria

    • Income Slab: Family income below ₹8 lakh per annum for EWS category
    • Disability Certificate: Valid certificate issued by competent authority for PwD candidates
    • Community Certificates: Issued by state-level authorities for SC/ST categories

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    All fees must be paid online through the university portal or at designated payment centers. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹1,000 per day after the deadline.

    Refund Rules

    If a student withdraws from the program, the refund is processed according to the following schedule:

    • Withdrawal before first month: 100% refund
