Fee Structure Overview

All fees are collected per semester with a total annual cost of approximately Rs. 2648000 for the entire program duration.

Component Breakdown

Tuition Fee: The tuition fee covers instruction in core subjects, laboratory sessions, access to digital resources, and administrative support services. It is the largest component of the fee structure and reflects the high-quality education provided by our faculty members who are leaders in their respective fields.

Hostel Rent: Accommodation fees vary based on room type and amenities provided. Students can choose from single occupancy rooms, shared accommodations, and various levels of comfort including air-conditioned facilities and common areas.

Mess Advance: Mess charges are paid in advance to cover meal expenses throughout the semester. The system includes daily billing with monthly settlements and rebates for students who do not consume meals regularly.

Student Benevolent Fund: This fund supports students facing financial difficulties or emergencies during their studies. Contributions are small but essential for ensuring all students can complete their education without undue hardship.

Medical Fees: Covers access to on-campus medical facilities, preventive care programs, health check-ups, and emergency medical services available within the institute premises.

Hostel & Mess Charges

The hostel accommodation at Indian Institute Of Public Health Gandhinagar provides a comfortable living environment conducive to academic success. Income slabs are categorized as follows: Up to Rs. 200000 for general category, up to Rs. 300000 for OBC-NCL, up to Rs. 400000 for SC/ST/PwD, and up to Rs. 500000 for EWS.

Concessions are also available for students with disabilities, those from single-parent households, orphans, and students who have demonstrated exceptional academic performance in previous studies. Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
