    Fee Components Explained

    Hostel & Mess Charges

    Hostel rooms are available in various configurations:

    • Single Occupancy: INR 15000/month
    • Double Occupancy: INR 10000/month
    • Triple Occupancy: INR 7000/month

    The mess charges are fixed at INR 7000 per semester, covering three meals daily. Rebate policies apply for students staying outside the campus or those who opt out of meal plans.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

    Financial assistance is available through multiple schemes:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver on tuition fees with additional support for hostel and mess charges.
    • EWS Category: 50% concession on tuition fees and full waiver on hostel charges.
    • MCM (Minority Community): 25% discount on tuition fees and partial subsidy on other charges.

    Applications for scholarships must be submitted before the start of the academic year along with supporting documents.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    Payments can be made through net banking, debit cards, or credit cards. A late fee of 1000 INR is applicable beyond the due date. Refunds are processed according to university regulations upon withdrawal from the program, with deductions for administrative costs and pending dues.
