    Detailed Fee Components

Tuition Fee: Covers the cost of instruction, academic resources, and administrative overheads associated with the Law program. It includes access to legal databases, library facilities, and digital tools used for research and case analysis.

Hostel Rent: Monthly rent for accommodation within the university campus. The hostel provides shared rooms with basic amenities such as beds, desks, wardrobes, and common areas. Single occupancy options are also available at an additional cost.

Mess Advance: A prepayment required for meals during the semester. This ensures that students have access to regular meals and helps maintain a consistent dining schedule. The advance is adjusted at the end of the semester based on actual consumption.

Student Benevolent Fund: A small annual contribution towards student welfare initiatives, including emergency assistance, cultural events, and social activities.

Medical Fees: Covers medical services available on campus, including consultations with doctors, diagnostic tests, and basic healthcare supplies.

Gymkhana Fees: Supports sports and recreational activities, including gym access, sports equipment rentals, and participation in campus events.

Examination Fees: Covers the costs associated with conducting examinations, including question paper preparation, invigilation, and result processing.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

The university offers a variety of accommodation options to suit different preferences and budgets. Hostels are categorized into single, double, and triple occupancy rooms, each equipped with essential furniture and modern amenities.

Mess charges are structured on a monthly basis, with students required to pay an advance before the start of each month. The meal plan includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner, ensuring balanced nutrition for all residents. Rebate policies apply for students who do not consume meals regularly or during specific periods such as examinations.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university provides financial assistance to eligible students through various scholarship schemes:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fee with partial concession in hostel and mess charges.
    • EWS Category: 50% reduction in tuition fees and full waiver of hostel charges.
    • MCM (Minority Community): 25% discount on tuition fee and 10% reduction in hostel charges.

Eligibility criteria include income slabs, domicile requirements, and academic performance. Applications for financial aid must be submitted annually through the official portal, accompanied by necessary documents such as income certificates, caste certificates (if applicable), and Aadhaar cards.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid within 10 days of the start of the semester. Late payments attract a penalty of ₹500 per day until clearance is made. Students can make payments online via net banking or credit/debit cards, or through UPI applications.

If a student withdraws from the program, refund policies are applied as per university guidelines. Refunds are processed within 30 working days after submission of withdrawal forms and verification of account status. Deductions include administrative charges and any unutilized portion of hostel rent or mess advance.
