    Detailed Fee Components

Tuition Fee: Covers academic instruction, access to library resources, laboratory facilities, and digital learning platforms. This fee remains consistent across all semesters.

Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in university-hosted hostels with shared or private rooms depending on availability and preference. Rent includes utilities such as electricity, water, internet, and maintenance services.

Mess Advance: A fixed amount paid upfront to cover food expenses for the semester. This is adjusted at the end of the semester based on actual consumption.

Student Benevolent Fund: A nominal fee collected to support financially challenged students, fund extracurricular activities, and provide emergency assistance when needed.

Medical Fees: Covers basic medical services, including consultations with campus doctors, first aid, vaccinations, and health check-ups. This ensures student wellness during their academic journey.

Gymkhana Fees: Supports sports activities, fitness programs, recreational events, and campus-wide athletic competitions organized by the university's gymkhana committee.

Examination Fees: Includes costs associated with conducting end-of-semester examinations, evaluation, result processing, and issuing certificates.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

The university provides multiple hostel options catering to different preferences and budgets:

    • Single Occupancy Rooms: ₹8,000 per month
    • Double Occupancy Rooms: ₹6,000 per month
    • Triple Occupancy Rooms: ₹5,000 per month
    • Four Occupancy Rooms: ₹4,000 per month

Mess billing is calculated based on the number of meals consumed. Each meal costs approximately ₹50-70 depending on the quality and nutritional value provided. Students can opt for monthly or weekly plans to manage expenses effectively.

Rebate policies are available for students who attend classes regularly, maintain good academic standing, or participate in extracurricular activities. These rebates can reduce hostel charges by up to 10% for exceptional performers.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university offers various financial aid options to eligible students:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligibility based on income slabs below ₹2 lakh per annum. Benefits include full fee waiver or 50% concession on tuition fees.
    • EWS Category: Income slab up to ₹3 lakh per annum. Offers 25% concession on tuition fees and full waiver on hostel charges.
    • MCM (Minority Community): Full fee waiver for students from minority communities with income below ₹2 lakh per annum.

Application forms for scholarships are available on the official website. Detailed documentation, including income certificates and caste validity certificates, must be submitted along with the application.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid through online banking or debit/credit card transactions using the university's secure portal. Payment deadlines are strictly enforced:

    • First Semester: Payment due by 15th June
    • Subsequent Semesters: Payment due by 30th August

Late payments incur a penalty of ₹500 per day until full payment is made. Refunds are processed within 45 days of withdrawal from the program, subject to deductions for any outstanding dues.

The refund policy applies only to students who withdraw before completing the first semester. After the completion of the first semester, no refunds will be granted unless there are extenuating circumstances approved by the university administration.
